The Colville Tribe hosts a gathering of state and Tribal educators to sign a “memorandum of agreement” to implement Washington State House Bill 1495, titled; Encouraging Tribal history to be included in the common school curriculum.

“Super Fly Filmmaking Experience”

Native youth learn the tricks of the movie business during the Super Fly Filmmaking Experience. They receive a little help with the script from noted author Sherman Alexie. Upon completion, their movies are screened at the Seattle International Film Festival.
